IV. Warehouse entry operation

1. Before storage, preparations should be made for storage locations, handling tools, reinforcement materials, protective equipment, and handover lists.

2. The transportation vehicles (containers) and loading conditions (including sealing) should be inspected.

3. The consistency of the name, specification, and quantity of the dangerous chemicals to be stored with the storage information or documents should be verified.

4. The packaging of incoming items should be intact, and the marks and safety labels should be standardized and clear.

5. The items to be stored should be accompanied by a Chinese-language chemical safety technical specification and safety label.

6. The quantity of goods received should be based on the actual inspection and acceptance.

7. After acceptance, records should be made and archived, and the retention period of the documents should be no less than 1 year.

V. Inventory management

1. Regular inventory checks should be conducted and recorded. Any discrepancies between the accounts and the actual goods should be promptly addressed.

2. Regular inspections of the stacking status, packaging, and warehouse of items should be conducted and recorded. Any issues identified during inspections should be promptly addressed.

3. The frequency of daily observations of temperature and humidity within the warehouse should be determined based on the characteristics of the stored hazardous chemicals and climatic conditions, and records should be kept.

4. The temperature and humidity within the storage area should be properly adjusted and controlled based on the characteristics of the hazardous chemicals stored.

5. Inventory, inspection, and observation records should be kept for no less than one year.

VI. Outbound operation

1. Account and goods should be checked before the outbound operation.

2. The validity of the outbound documents should be verified. Any issues found should be immediately coordinated and addressed with the relevant parties.

3. The qualifications of the delivery vehicle, driver, and escort personnel should be verified and recorded. Outbound transactions that do not meet the requirements should not be processed.

4. Safety inspections should be conducted before ex-warehouse to ensure that the packaging, labels, and marks are correct and intact, and that the goods are bundled securely.

5. The retention period for outbound documents should be no less than one year.
