What warning does the hydrofluoric acid leak in Antwerp give us?

On the evening of July 14th, a hazardous chemical leak occurred at the port of Antwerp Bruges in Belgium. A container carrying hydrofluoric acid on a container ship was damaged, and toxic hydrogen fluoride vapor spread, forcing the partial closure of MPET, the largest single container terminal in Europe.
The latest information shows that a total of 186 people have received medical evaluations, 25 are still hospitalized for observation, and 1 is in intensive care but in stable condition.
